Change-of-mind returns

Except where required by applicable consumer law, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering. If you need help choosing, contact us before placing your order.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or differs from what you ordered, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where possible, will help us review your request.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund, in accordance with your applicable consumer rights. Where a return is required because an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

EU right of withdrawal

For purchases covered by EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Email graf202501@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and your order details. You must then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. We will provide the return instructions and address.

You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. You may also be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the returned goods and any refundable standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever comes first. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

Refunds and assistance

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.

Please contact us for the correct return address before sending any items. The address printed on your parcel may not be the return address.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
